I'm 37, 5'4" and 135 lbs with 2 kids. After my second a had a large diastasis that got a little better with time and exercise but never went away. I felt like I always looked pregnant by the end of the day and had almost no waist. I breastfed both kids and both breasts were pretty deflated.

I've been wanting a tummy tuck since my second was born but was on the fence about doing a breast lift. My tummy really bothered me but my breasts weren't as bad. In the end I'm SO glad I did both.

Really hard to post these photos but looking at all the reviews really helped me.

1-4 days post op

Day 1 post op wasn't bad. I really wasn't in a lot of pain and my stomach was numb. Overnight I woke up to go to the bathroom and was freezing so that was miserable as my body was shaking. Lesson learned there and I wore long sleeve pjs after to bed the next two nights. Reading reviews on here I was excepting the pain to be horrific but so far it has been manageable by staying on top of my meds. The only time it was pretty bad was the second morning when I went over 10 hrs between doses of pain medication. I've been up and walking around since day 1 and by day 4 I'm almost upright. The most annoying thing now is that I'm feeling quite a bit better but still can't do things for myself. Overall, I'm really, really happy with my results so far. I haven't tried on a real bra yet but I was a 34 DD prior but lots of that was skin and it looks like I'm probably a D now. I'm still swollen so may go down a little more. Super excited about being a little smaller. My waist came in a lot. He was able to tighten my diastasis at the top quite a bit. My belly button is awesome. He told me at my consult that he's really particular about belly buttons looking natural and that was a big concern of mine.

Day 4 PO

MM_2017
I originally posted pictures in my earlier posts but had a moment of chickening out and deleted them. I'll probably put them back up after a little more editing. I got my days wrong on the last post and I was only summarizing days 1-3.

Today was day 4 and I'm feeling even better. Almost completely upright and pushed to 6 hrs between pain pills. There's been bad pain at times when I've moved wrong and I get tired easily but so far recovery has been pretty good. I can get myself in and out of bed today. I made sure to stay really healthy the month before the operation, so I don't know if that has helped this seem easy but I worked out daily, ate healthy and totally cut out alcohol.

I had a mini-meltdown last night over my scar. It has a some bunching on the hips and shows over a few of my lower cut underwear. I still love my breasts, love my belly button and am so grateful he could remove so many of my stretch marks. So trying to put that in perspective. Saw the nurse today to get my belly button stitches out and she said to not worry about the scar as it's still so early. Still have both of my drain friends, have to wait until Monday to get those out.
