Mommy Makeover Turned Botched

I had a mommy makeover on January 17th 2020. As a mom of 4 I was pretty excited for this but that quickly turned. Everyone was great at first until I made the payment for the procedure. After that contact was minimal. Day of surgery the guy nurse was very rude to my husband. And they didn’t disclose they were showing the wish pics to my husband. Which made us both very awkward as a faithful husband. This should’ve been disclosed ahead of time with the client. After surgery I was barely aware of anything when sent home. I thought everything was fine until I experience wound separation. My incision developed 6 holes along the line. With Covid becoming big around this time contact was minimal. Everytime I was seen no nurse said the said thing. One would say I’m going to have to have surgery again. Another would say oh it will heal. Dr basu said it would heal on its own. Everyone was wrong because it never healed I ended up botched. No one called to see how I was. How the holes were doing. If I needed help. No one even called to schedule my last appointments. The lack of care I received was so disappointing especially with having 4 kid And 6 holes in my stomach. The holes stayed completely open for the whole 1st year. Which was devasting. I damaged only who knows how much money in clothes in that first year from discharge and blood leaks. I sent countless emails to basu and no responses. Then only to find out they shared my result images on social media after I signed the no consent to this. It’s exactly 2 years since my surgery and my scar is worse than a c-section scar it’s humiliating. I have holes all along my incision and was left botched by them. And to this day no one has called me to check up on the holes nor or me.
