Had a consultation booked and was left waiting in the lobby for two hours

Unprofessional. I had a consultation book and was left waiting in the lobby for two hours past my appointment time. I ended up having to leave and not get my consultation. About a week later someone called me and asked me if I was ready to book my procedure that I wasn’t even seen for a consultation for. If you guys can make it kind of simple mistakes I don’t know how anyone could trust them to perform surgery.
