Breast are far from being symmetrical - left with scar from pelvic bone

My arms look great!! My breast is far from being symmetrical and the left breast is trying to escape and become a back boob!! I was supposed to have a mini tuck but LOOK AT THAT UGLY SCAR FROM PELVIC BONE TO PELVIC BONE! My abs look like nothing was done and I now have a pooch at the bottom. I'm trying to wait for more swelling to go down. Look at the pics and you be the judge! My waist shape is flat on one side and concaves on the other. The back of my thigh do not look like they've been touched. For my but I wanted a little more projection and he did that like a champ!
