From the moment I called Dr. Hwang’s office and spoke with Sandie to schedule my consultation, my experience with both of them has been exceptional and worth every penny.
Sandie explained that the consultation would take about two hours, which surprised me because other surgeons’ offices had told me their consultations only lasted 30–45 minutes. Right away, I could tell from my conversation with Sandie that this office truly had their process and patient care dialed in.
The consultation far exceeded my expectations. I felt completely comfortable being vulnerable and discussing the areas I was concerned about. Dr. Hwang took his time with every area, listened carefully, and validated all of my concerns and questions. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another potential client.
Immediately after leaving, I decided to move forward with a full mommy makeover with Dr. Hwang. My procedure included a tummy tuck, Lipo 360 on my back and abdomen, BBL, laser skin tightening, plus a breast reduction and lift without implants.
Leading up to surgery, the team was incredibly organized and attentive. I received all paperwork, instructions, and communication promptly, and every question I had was answered quickly. It continually reinforced that I had chosen the right surgeon.
On surgery day, I arrived at the surgical center and was greeted by one of the kindest and most compassionate teams imaginable. My nurse and anesthesiologist went above and beyond both before and after surgery, making me feel truly cared for and like the most important person there.
Recovery was, of course, challenging because of the extent of my procedures, but Dr. Hwang and Sandie personally checked on me every single day through texts, offering support and guidance so I never felt alone during the process. At one point, I experienced more swelling than average and became extremely uncomfortable. I felt terrible texting Dr. Hwang after hours, but he responded within 30 seconds and immediately called in a prescription to help reduce the swelling.
I am beyond happy with my results and honestly never imagined they would turn out this amazing. Dr. Hwang is truly gifted and does impeccable work reshaping the body in a way that made me feel like myself again — even better than I imagined possible.
