Amazing Bedside Manner

Where to begin!? First and foremost, I am a mother of a young child so safety was my main worry. When I found Dr. Palladino and Top aesthetics it felt right. Lindsay was my coordinator and she was excellent! Her communication and care is what honestly set the first tone. They have a great amount of labs and health requirements in place to ensure safety. As a wife to a medical provider, we really saw the importance of this. I flew from out of state for my surgery, and I finally got to meet the staff including Dr. Palladino on my pre-op day. Let me tell you that they are beyond kind and caring. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He’s a real human, not just seeing you as just another case… he makes you feel like you matter, and that he’s going to take amazing care of you. Well he did! I chose the recovery stay package for peace of mind. They picked me up on time with luxurious transportation( fancy minivan for patient comfort), the nurse who prepped me for surgery was amazing! Then I met with the anesthesiologist. I asked her to please take good care of me so could make it back to my baby, she reassured me and took all precautions for my post operative nausea I usually get. The doctor took his time with marking my body and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Honestly when I arrived at their surgery clinic, a lot of my worries calmed down. No specific reason other than the vibe. The surgery clinic was clean and beautiful. Once I laid on the table I don’t remember much other than being in my beautiful hotel room with my bed prepped by the med Miami staff. Honestly in the grand scheme of things, it is truly worth purchasing that. My husband was my companion and without the med Miami staff, and the ease of what is included in the recovery package, things would have been much more difficult for him with taking care of me.
I am now 6 weeks post op, I’m in love with my body. Dr. Palladino gave me my life back. He gave me my confidence back that I never thought I could regain. My body is still healing and things are still settling but this man truly earned the name magic surgeon.
