Goodbye Granny Panty's!

I have my pre-op this Tuesday 7/26. I'm 5' 11" 165-170 lbs and 52. Mother of 3- 26, 19 & 16. I've lost quite a bit of weight from 250+ to my lowest 158, where I felt that was just too skinny and didn't like how angular my face became. I'm happy around the 165/170 range and feel & look my best there. My 2 youngest had strokes in utero so life has been a challenging and long one. My son 19 will have a typical life and i'm not too worried about him. However, my youngest daughter is in essence a quadriplegic, developmentally delayed sassy typical teenager!! My husband and I have been terrified to really life our life in fear that our girl would have a life threatening seizure and we wouldn't be there. At the detriment to our marriage.
We finally, after many numerous discussions, arguments etc... just decided we needed to work on us and get away for some us time. We are still working on that but it's been much better. I also had to fight to take care of myself, get a hobby or two, make some friends or few and in doing all these things, it is helping me allow myself to finally get this Mommy Makeover. I'm excited and nervous, but mostly excited. The friends I've confided in say I don't need it, I say clothes are amazing and some say that I'm vain. Well, I feel like I've "paid my dues" and now it's my turn... lol
Anyways, I had a consultation last November and tried on 400 and 450cc's. 450 was way too much but I'm not sure I want even 400cc. I just want to fill out my upper pole and go big enough to have fun with them but small enough to be discreet. At my heaviest my girls were 40-42 c/d's so I want to try on their smallest and work my way up... I've got a supportive husband and son and have two caregivers for my girl... hoping the wait and these next 2 weeks aren't too stressful... can't wait to get rid of these granny panties!

Posting my before pictures. My husband says I'm beautiful and I can appreciate some beauty in my form (with the right lighting, lol). But I have been wanting a tummy tuck for 16 plus years and now I am finally getting one, with some enhancements to my girls!

Mommy Makeover-52 yrs-6week post op

Six weeks post today! I had a tummy tuck, no muscle repair was needed, yay me! And had silicone, under the muscle, HP Gummy 265cc on my left and 295cc on my right. I'm 5'11 and current 165lbs. I really love my new me! I see my doctor Thursday. My recovery wasn't too horrible, although the first 24 hours I couldn't even keep water down. Luckily my pain meds still were effective. I thought about a lift but decided at 52 I didn't need to be as perky as my 26 and 16 yr old daughters. The first 2 weeks of hunching over I feel was the worst.
