After Care Extremely Disappointing and They Do Not Have Understanding
I had a full mummy makeover with Dr Yunus Dogan in 2024. Unfortunately, my experience after surgery was extremely disappointing.
Once I returned to England and had recovered, it became clear that something wasn’t right with my breast implants. They began slipping significantly, spreading apart and sitting under my armpits. I attended a clinic in England for an assessment, where I was told the implants had ruptured and required revision surgery.
I contacted my coordinator, Luna, who initially discussed revision costs with me. After confirming that I wanted to go ahead with the revision, she stopped responding for several months. When I eventually contacted the clinic directly, I was informed that Luna no longer worked there. I had never been told she had left, which meant the quotation she had given me was no longer honoured.
Although I believe a revision should have been offered because of the outcome of my original surgery, I was even willing to pay the hospital fees. However, I was then told I would have to pay the full price for another operation because my previous quote was no longer valid. This situation was completely outside of my control.
As a result, I lost confidence in returning for further surgery and instead had to take out a £10,000 loan to have my breasts repaired in England.
To make matters worse, I also contacted Dr Yunus Dogan directly on Instagram. My messages were read but never replied to, leaving me feeling completely ignored after experiencing serious complications.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The lack of aftercare, communication, and support when things went wrong was extremely disappointing.
