Not much to say....still healing well, scars keep fading. Most swelling is gone, but at day's end I have a little. I try to wear the waist trainer on days I don't work, but not 100%. I can definitely tell the difference on days I do.

Here is a few pics...some pics of me sitting down so you can see what a change there is....no fat rolls!

You look fantastic! I am scheduled for 9/12 and I am trying to soak up any and all advice from ladies on here. What are some things you wish someone had told you about the recovery....i.e., things to help you

Ooops, I hit post by accident too soon.....what I wanted to know were things like, how hard was it to get back into your compression garment after a shower, did you sleep sitting up in bed or on the sofa? How did you handle the liposuction massages? etc, etc....

I bought a used lift/recliner chair and slept in that for a few days with pillows and blankets wedged for comfort....it was great to help me stand up without discomfort. A ladies urinal helps out as well. I didnt go to massages at all--I bought a muscle roller and just used that. Also, a lifesaver for me was a large zip up robe. Didnt put pressure anywhere, was easy to get on and off, and the drains and garments didnt get tugged or pulled.

Things are going great! I still do get some minir swelling. I bought a waist trainer to wear for compression and wear it intermittently. I definitely see a difference on days I wear it vs days that I dont at the end of the day.
I had an ingrown hair on my TT scar line, so in the pic you can see a small area of redness there.
People who don't know have commented asking if I've lost weight...very natural results!
Bathing suit shopping was so much better this season ?
I did have a few spitting stitches, and my left brest scarrinv is slightly wider at the 'T' due to implant pressure, which is quite common, so that is taking slightly longer to start fading.
