Breasts are healing nicely, one side is more swollen and sitting a little higher. Stomach is still very hard and swollen above the incision. The problem I'm having is sleeping at night. I have never been a back sleeper and after about 3 ours of sleep my back is killing me. I usually move to the couch and try to sleep reclined or sitting up. So far nothing seems to help and I am getting very little rest.

Everything is looking good so far. My breasts are a little itchy but that's a small price to pay. My stomach is still very swollen and the binder is driving me crazy. I will try and update weekly.

You look fantastic! And you’re healing so beautifully. Re itchiness you may a want to ask your PS for some suggestions. My own PS gave me clearance to lightly coated my breasts with Aquaphor to protect my breast skin from all the swelling and bruising. Not to mention swelling causes dryness which can result in itchiness and rash. I also found Zyrtec (antihistamine) very helpful in preventing itchiness. Of course be sure to get clearance from your own PS for any post up products you use. Happy healing!
