Oct 2021 we did a little fix on my hips. The ends of each scar poked out a little. They are called “dog ears. But other than that I am so happy with my surgery. I am really happy I chose to go with someone who used my belly button and not make a new one. Fixing the ab muscles during the tummy tuck was a life changer. I haven’t had back issues since the surgery and I am able to workout more , dog up my garden and so much more. Stuff like that used to lay me out for days with horrible back pain!

9 weeks post op

Back to walking on the treadmill. Feeling normal for the last 4 weeks or so. Haven’t started weights or anything like that. Just walking about 3 miles 4-5 days a week. Boobs are still really high but I know that it takes a long time for them to drop. I am very happy with everything! I was a 38 DD going in and am the same after surgery. It’s exactly what I wanted. Lifted and full and nothing crazy big. Ab muscles still get sore pretty easily but for the most part I am back to normal daily activities. Bummer, haha, since I did love the excuse of letting everyone else take care of me.
Completely worth it all! Pain wasn’t nearly as bad as I anticipated and didn’t last as long as I thought I would. It took about 6 weeks for me to not get sick from driving. It was very strange how driving even a short distance made me nauseous. But that’s all gone now.

3 days post op.

I was expecting the bruising from lipo to be a lot worse. I bruise pretty easily. Had to take the so I could see them. I was actually surprised that it wasn’t worse It was 3 days after surgery. Haven’t taken any since until day 11 and they are pretty much completely gone at this point.
The 26th will be 2 weeks post op. Seems longer than that. I have to keep rechecking the date because the last week and a half has flown by.
