I’ve become a gym rat y’all! that’s really been a great thing for me not just physically but health wise also. My weight is between 180-183. I’ve gotten as low as 176, but I’m running 3 days and weight training 2-3 days so my guess is i’m building muscle. I’m very happy because i’m in a size 10 jeans, strong and curvy. Slow and steady, staying focused on strong and healthy! Happy Healing and I would definitely do it over!

day 15

i am doing really well, except i tested positive for covid today, omg. this is too crazy, i had a low grade fever, body aches and scratchy throat. but i can still taste and smell fine. since i took ibuprofen this afternoon i actually feel fine except for my scratchy throat. no issues, thank God, with my incision. anyway this picture is from the morning of day 14. very happy with my overall experience and just going to rest up and continue healing and get better.

post op day 7

hi y’all! i’m feeling much better. the burning numbing feeling from the lipo on my back did make me uncomfortable a couple of nights which messed with sleeping. my swelling is going down slowly. the top sides of my thighs i can feel now and they are as tight from swelling. i have my first post op appt with dr chen tomorrow at 2:15, so i will definitely update how it goes. i’m hoping some of these drains can come out. this binder and foam is a pain to put on, though i do appreciate the support for sure. i’m hoping my first compression garment is a bit my comfortable. keep healing and remember it takes time!
