Drains out tomorrow :D
Feeling pretty great the past few days. No more pain meds are necessary. Drain in my TT incision comes out tomorrow, I’m extremely ready for that. It feels odd having boobs this big, just waiting until it feels natural..excited for that as well. Overall, so far recovery has been worth the outcome. Looking for advice on stretch marks. I have three kids and had some on my breast a from breastfeeding but they look big now as my breasts are super swollen..any advice on what I can put on there (from personal experience, going to ask dr. Graham is opinion tomorrow anyways). New photo of the girls attached. (Post op day 5)

Post op day 2
Yesterday was pretty painful..like took pain meds around the clock painful. My fiancé got me propped and comfortable enough to sleep and I slept through the whole night after taking meds at 10pm. Woke up at 6:30 this morning feeling much better, have taken meds once because today we could remove the binder, bra, an extra gauze so I could shower and that was a little uncomfortable. I described my movement to my mom as a “hunched over grandma T-Rex”..and I don’t think anything describes what I look like moving around better than that lol. We did get to finally see everything uncovered which was exciting..I had a lollipop lift on one side and an anchor on the other and I can tell a difference between the two but my fiancé is convinced when they drop we won’t be able to tell. My tummy tuck looks friggen amazing though, so all though yesterday I was regretting the TT today I’m glad I did that as well. Also glad I have my SO, definitely require assistance getting up and around..and he’s gone the extra mile as far as helping me shower/dress, adjust my binder, even brushed and braided my hair..(he’s been in the shower and just shouted down “you ok bae?..he rly is one of the good ones)..so if you are considering this surgery make sure you have someone willing to be with you to help out! Attaching some pics for progression!

Day of treatment
Surgery this morning!
So it’s all done! Got to the surgery center at 6:30, they called me back at 6:39 and I swear I was out cold by 7:30. Felt like I blinked and I was waking up to my surgeon telling me all was well and things went great. I was in my fiancé’s car by 2pm heading home. So we had the mastoplexy with aug (400cc moderate plus profile, I am 5’4 and 137-140 lbs in case anyone is looking to compare) and we did a tummy tuck. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Graham, him and his staff answered my daily texts for reassurance, they text last night concerned about weather and offered to get me a hotel room tonight even. Bedside manner is phenomenal and never once did I feel uncomfortable. And he is definitely a perfectionist..you can tell by his protocol and also the OR nurses let me know “he takes his time, he’s a bit particular”..this was before he even arrived. So yes, so far I do believe I picked the perfect surgeon..now for the fun part I can not unwrap until Saturday but I have pics all wrapped up!
