Two Days Post-Op
Today was shower day and it’s amazing how much better a shower can make you feel. I’m making sure I drink at least 8oz of water every hour, get up to go to the bathroom, and then spend at least five minutes walking around the house before laying back down. Starting to switch from pain meds to ibuprofen.
