Day 5, post-follow up w/ Dr

A few things:
1. Lipo pain n swelling i the worst. Seriously I'm glad I didn't know this would feel like this. Might have declined.
2. Pooping is not a given.
3. Bbl doesn't necessarily mean no sitting. I've been encouraged to sit on soft pillows etc.
4. After day 4, seems things begin to progress.
5. During recovery focus on recovery and not results.
So I saw Dr V yesterday for my follow up appointment. He's very pleased with his no belly button scar technique which pretty much means natural belly button and not one he had to create. He drained me bec they don't use drains here and he told me that he removed about 3 pounds of flesh for my tt. He also put my implants subfascially which would explain why my results look so natural and just well..great! My bf can't stop staring at them. Even me I love them more n more each day. Lipo on arms makes them hard n sore and he went hard on the fatty deposits above my elbows. I'm hoping that fat is in my ass bec I know for sure it will stick. Even at 135 I had those deposits! One arm is bruised up and the other looks barely touched. Weird but my swelling is lopsided too. The body is a funny beast. All in all it's one day at a time. Lucky I'll have Sandra til the 24th. We leave for bogota on the 25h so I need to be ready.
My fears:
1. Swelling problems
2. No hips or no butt increase after swelling goes down.
3. Tummy tuck scar problems
4. Breast lift scars problems
5. Arms might need contouring or re-do. We'll see
Day 5 almost over. Things u can't eat:
Dairy
Coffee
Seafood
I'm typically keto so I've been off my diet for this. I can tell u I look forward to returning to keto. Right now recovery makes it too stringent so I've let myself eat bread again and it tastes good but I feel crappy.

swollen and bloated

There aren't many posts about lipo swelling but let me tell u its for real. The swelling is almost unbearable and the bloat is uncomfortable but I was told by Sandra that I am within normal limits. This is crazy if it's normal I feel like I have a styrofoam board inside my tummy separating the insides from my muscles. My feet n legs are another story. I got this burning sensation on my left outer thigh and looked it up online. Apparently that can happen if there is too much pressure on nerves caused by..you guessed it, swelling. Burning sensation is annoying but goes away. I was told no faja overnight to see if swelling in my feet subsided and it did. I am so fortunate that my body does not really dig the faja so now I am faja free at nights! Daytime faja is the rigid kind then nighttime is more flex. The daytime faja is tight asf! I feel completely trapped inside of it wow. The only thing I feel is going smooth as butter is the boobs. They look natural and I don't even really feel them. I got both a lift and implant I don't regret the decision at all and I hope they don't "drop". Gas and bloat make it difficult t eat and I can't eat any of my favorite things! Basically I have almost no interest in eating my Stomach feels perpetually upset. I am supposed to be eating often n keeping up the calories but I can't physically bring myself to put food in my mouth. Today's massage was painful in some areas but overall less painful than yesty. Because my stomach so swollen and I have almost no drainage they need to suck it out with a needle. When they do it still looks the same to me. One side is swollenmuch more than the other. Today I will have my follow up appointment at dr. V office in the "colorful building". My only concern is the dent in my hips are still there even tho I'm swollen. Not the end of the wold but I specifically asked him to address the dents. We shall see.

Oh my Sandra! Lymphatic massage from heaven

Whatever I was mad about with Dr Diaz has been washed away by Sandra. She's the absolute bomb. I have never received a massage like that and it was a 2 hour ordeal. Absolutely amazing. I have nothing more to say because I'm speechless. Magic hands.
