My last Baby was 9lbs 3 oz and completely tore up my stomach. I was completely depressed about my body after my last pregnancy. So thanks to this site I had the courage to go for it and have my Mommy makeover . But honestly it has been the most painful experience of my life. Not to mention that I was completely dependent on my husband for everything , that was a feeling I have never had before depending on someone else for absolutely everything. But hopefully it will be worth it.

how are you feeling now?!

I’m 2 weeks post op from the same thing. The pain was tolerable with taking meds regularly, but yes it was tough. After the first week, I had constipation that was way worse than pain from surgery. Lesson learned. I’ve been talking stool softeners and laxatives daily since then. I’m still getting tired easily, but handling more physical activity each day.

I had major surgery as well. I’m over 6 weeks post op and feel so miserable. This has been such a roller coaster for me and I just can’t take the pain anymore. Hope you heal soon. I’m curious as to what you are feeling now or if I’m the only one going thru this pain this long

I am considering the same surgery after having two children (diasasis and umbilical hernia also). I hope it was worth the recovery for you! Let us know how you’re doing now.

Curious how long it took you to fully recover? This has been the toughest experience for me
