Went for my one month post op and the doctor says I’m healing nicely. I’m finally able to sleep on my side which is amazing!! I’m feeling more and more like myself. I’m still swollen, so I need to figure out what to do to help with that. Any tips are welcomed! Seeing the side by side pictures the doctor took brought me to tears. Never thought I would love to see myself naked again. It’s amazing! Recovery hasn’t been easy, but it’s definitely worth it.

You look fabulous, beautiful transformation! And it will only get better :)
The swelling is normal and can last past a year, be patient, keep using compression, avoid salty foods, lots of water. Til this day I sometimes will swell badly if I est certain foods and I'll be 2 years post OP in July. Hang in there and happy healing ❤

I couldn’t be any happier! Just looking at my before pictures brought tears to my eyes. Never did I imagine I could look at myself naked and be happy with what I’m seeing. It has been a though recover road, but it’s well worth it.

The picture was taken 4 days post op. The swelling is still going down. After a week I’m finally walking around a little bit better and on my own.

You look amazing!!! I can see your hour glass curves and your breasts are beautiful!!! It'll get better I know the healing part sucks. I'm 5 1/2 weeks post op with my mommy makeover and I'm starting to feel normal. They did a great job on your Tummy tuck incision

Wow!! You look amazing! I have a similar figure after having a baby too- my surgery is scheduled for 2/21... what size implants did you get, and did you do a lift also? Your tummy looks unbelievable!

Thank you! I’m still very swollen there..I need to post recent pics. I got a boob reduction and lift without implants. I went from a double D to a full C cup. I never imagined looking like this even after surgery.

Wow!! I’m getting a lift and implants - I’ve always been a D - DD, but I’ve lost every bit of my fullness & I really want the rounded shape & fullness on top. He’s also doing a tummy tuck and lipo to my waist and hips! Do you have any other suggestions for post surgery?

How exciting! You’re gonna love your results. My suggestion is to definitely buy a female urination device. It was a life saver the first week. Stick with eating soups and light meals and definitely stay hydrated. Most importantly remember to ask for help. It’s frustrating being tired and out of breath most of the time, but it part of the process. I still hate that I have to ask for help to do things but I have to be patient. Having regrets at times is natural cuz you get frustrated but then you see your new body and remember why you did it.

Where do I find one of those urination devices ? Amazon? Anything else that you can think of that has been helpful - or you wish you would have had? What did you wear the first week? I’m trying to think of stuff that will be very easy and very loose.

Yes, on amazon. I got a 3 pack for $8, I didn’t need all 3 but it was good to have back up lol. For the first two weeks I just wore my faja and a robe around the house. I put on pajama pants and a zip up jacket to go to the doctors. Whatever your going to be comfortable in and is going to be easy for you to get off when you have to go to the bathroom. I didn’t get a recliner chair so I was in bed - the one thing I wish I had was a wedge pillow. Oh, make sure to get a boppy if your getting a BBL.
