Consulted with 2 new revision PS.
To fix the work of Dr. Windle it is going to cost a minimum of $12 G to fix and up to $24. One PS told me that if he were gonna give my MM a grade it would be a c- . It sounds as though I will need a minimum of two surgeries if not 3. The subglandular position of the implants is causing the left to slide down the chest wall and the right is a grade 11 capsular contracture. Both sides are painful in different ways. My Tt scar is too high, the belly botton is to low and not located over the bb stock. I have dog ears on both sides . There may by old seroma pockets that now need to be removed that make my stomach bumpy. Overall I'm a hot mess, and feel quite hopeless . I need to get more consults as both dr gave different advise. One said that a tt revision , a Breast lift, removal of old implants and replacement of new implants under the muscle could be done in one surgery . The other said if I attempt to remove implant , lift and replace implants under the muscle all
At one once , then I risk nipple death. That scared the crap out of me. I feel like despite my research and finding a surgeon certified by both the American board of plastic surgery and the Canadian board of plastic surgery, I made the wrong choice . And I'm scared I'll make another one. The longer I wait the west my breast will get .

Thanks for commenting on my profile. So I should add Dr. Stridde did my tummy tuck as well in 2007 and it came out great! My stomach looked just like yours when I bent over and sooo many stretch marks. One thing that helped immensely was that I lost all my extra weight prior to surgery so I could get the best results. Let me tell you it was not easy losing about 50 lbs, but it was worth it.
I am guessing Dr. Stridde is the one that said not to do the lift and implant at the same time? That was the case for me, and I am very glad I listened to him because despite the rippling, the shape of my actual breast look amazing. I feel that doing the two surgeries together can put too much stress on the scars and make the final result less than optimal. I hope whoever does your revisions gets you great results because it is possible.

Thank you for your comment. Today I'm thinking of doing a total redo of the tt and removal of implant , closure of pocket and replace with implants under the muscle . Then in 3 or 4 months going back for the lift. Dr Stridde and his staff have been great with communication. They have already sent me a new quote for that. I feel like I should see a few other dr to get a general consensus . Sending you good thoughts today . I m looking forward to your updates . Happy healing - GnG
I think everything you stated sounds good. However, from someone who has had similar prior surgeries I would like to add one piece of unsolicited advice. I really feel you should do the lift first. I say this because when I look at you pics, both pre and post surgery, I see you nipples are pointing downward and the areola is rather wide. My breasts were very similar to yours so no judgment there. If you get your implants switched out before addressing the nipple placement you will not get great results because you breasts may run the risk of looking saggy due to the nipple. By raising the nipple up higher on the breast and making the areola smaller and a nice round shape, your breasts will look more youthful in appearance and more closely resemble some of your wish pic photos.
I do think it is a good idea to get other quotes and seeing if there is a better doctor to meet you specific needs. I am excited for you!

I for sure want a lift. My current problem though is that since my implants are above the muscle, the blood supply to the nipple if cut off from the muscle underneath, so the only remaining blood supply is coming to the nipples through surface veins. If I remove old implants and do lift at the same time , I risk cutting off blood supply completely to the nipple which could cause nipple death.
I can do the revision in 2 or 3 surgeries 1)removal old implants let pocket heal 2) lift 3) replace implants under muscle. It is feasible to do 1 & 3 together but not 1&2 ( nipple death risk increases) or advisable for lasting results to do 2&3 together. the best would be 3 surgeries, but it is the most costly and scary to think about . So if I can combine the TT revision with surgery #1 , removing over and replacing with unders, then come back in 3-4 months for lift it would help monetarily and emotionally

Sounds like you have things pretty planned out. Good luck on your revision surgeries!
I am so sorry that you are going through this! If I could give you a big hug and tell you that you will make it through this I would. I have had all the procedures you have had and it is so hard! You must be a strong woman to have come this far and still not give up.
As I look at your before and after pics, and read through your journey, I can see where things went wrong and it makes me frustrated that your doctor did not give you realistic expectations about the results. There is no reason you should have to spend all that money again and endure more painful surgery. It should have been done right the first time. Again I am really sorry.
This post might get a little long, but I would like to share my thoughts based on my own experiences with a tummy tuck and breast lift. If you do get a revision tummy tuck I strongly encourage you to be at your desired weight as you will get the best results. I lost 80lbs in preparation for my surgery. It was hard! However, my results were amazing because not only the skill of my doctor, but the fact my body was primed to get the best results from the surgery. I was all lose skin in the abdomen, no extra fat to deal with. I think this factor helped immensely. Also, I got a lift during the same surgery, but no implants. I had wanted implants at the same time, but my doctor said that this would be a bad idea as the stress of the implant combined with the scars from the breast lift can make healing complicated and dangerous. I am glad I listened because my lift turned out great (though my surgeon did remove too much breast tissue, but that is a story for another day). I healed up well and my scars were not bad. Two breasts augmentations later I could not imagine what it would be like to have the implants in combined with the lift...I think it would have been to much for my breasts to handle. Looking at your pics I can definitely see you need a lift and your prior doctor should have told you so before putting implants in. I would advise to do the lift first and then implants a year later. Just make sure that your doctor fully understands you want ample breast tissue left to cover your implant when you do a lift. Also, if you get revision surgery I think a smooth round implant would be best. I also have the same implants as you, but had smooth before (just saline). I think the smooth is preferable for people of our build that have breasts compared to the textured. If I could do it again I would have chosen smooth silicone. Oh well, live and learn as they say.
Sorry again for the long post. Hang in there and focus on your goal because I think it is completely possible for you to have a body that you are content with and love. It just make take some time, and unfortunately more money.

Hey, so you checked up on me, and I guess it is my turn to do the same lol. Any recent updates to what you have decided in regards to a revision?
I have seen three Drs who have given me three separate options , all around $22-26k to fix . I haven't made an appointment yet , I keep telling myself ok I gonna call the last Dr office and make an app and get this [RS bleep] fixed asap. And then I second guess myself and get scared that I'm making the wrong choice again and going with the wrong guy . All the dr are about 75 miles away from my house and it is such an ordeal to get opinions. I'm still working out 4-5 days a week and trying to keep fit , I m also nervous about stopping my exercise routine

Looking for a revision
My breast are becoming increasingly painful. The left from the implant falling out of the pocket , and the right from CC. I have decided to visit my PS again as well as other PS to see about a revision . The last time I talked to my PS 4 months ago, he wasn't going to give any price break for a revision and said that nothing was wrong with my left , that I could feel the implant on the bottom and the pain on the side was from weight loss. I feel
Like my concerns were dismissed and his promises of wait And see have lead to more discomfort . I feel so sad about this feel like I made a mistake with the implants. I'm glad about my muscle repair but my TT swelling hasn't evened out and the "swelling" is still just on the right side of my abdomen from my solar plexus to my pubis. :-(.

My heart goes out to you!!! I think there needs to be better screening for PS. I'm so glad you've already had the revision... and I guess I'll go hunt for that one to see how you're doing post-op.!! take care xo
