Mommy Makeover 30 yo Mom of 3!

I had my sons at 15, 17, and 29 so having kids so young really did a number on my body. I’ve been wanting a mommy makeover since forever and it’s finally time! I have been searching for the right doctor and decided with Dr. Reynolds in El Paso. He took his time educating me on the procedures in detail and told me what to expect. I never felt rushed as my consult took about 1 hour because he shows a video and does the 3D imaging. I am scheduled for May 2, 2018 and I have my pre op appt on Monday. So excited I’m finally doing this!

How in the world do some ladies post updates on the day of? I couldn’t even think straight yesterday—but I made it to the flat side! I had my post op appointment today which was ok, I really love Dr. Reynolds and Norma. Dr. Reynolds showed me videos and pics from my surgery, he took off 4lbs of skin! I didn’t even know I had 4 lbs there! Wow and gross!
I had a full tummy tuck, lift, and 375cc implants (I wanted to be a full C). So far I am in pain. I have been taking 2 Tylenol with Codeine every 4 hours and still not under control so he wrote me a prescription for Norcos that my husband will pick up tomorrow for me. Ok, so the pain is real! The night want so bad but omg my back is in pain and I’m hunched over can barely walk. I don’t have any photos yet, but here are some from yesterday before I went in. As soon as I shower tomorrow I’ll take some photos. I can already tell my stomach is incredibly flat and my chest feels huge! Can’t wait to have the pain subside!

Omg today was rough! I had to switch from Tylenol with codeine to Narcos. That seemed to help some. I’m also extremely itchy all over my body, did anyone else experience this? Last night I had no pain but couldn’t sleep because of the itchiness. I was also really moody today and cried and I was mean to my husband so I feel bad. And the crying hurt my stomach so terribly!

I did shower today. I highly recommend a shower chair, I got mine from amazon and my husband put it together. I got to see my stomach and breasts today. My stomach is flat and I still have stretch marks but I’m ok with that, I knew that would happen. My breasts look weird. I had a lift and implants so the nipple areas look so different. I also feel like they are very wide from each other. Should t the be closer together? Or will that be a part of the “settling” that happens with time? Anyone experience this? The binder is so tight and making indentions , they actually look like stretch marks but they are just from the binder. All in all I am still happy! My incision is very low!
