Mommy makeover. tummy tuck, breast augmentation and liposuction

I am 30 years old. I've had three children and I have loose skin from the pregnancies. I am 5'7 and I weigh 124 lbs. I know some people look at me like I'm crazy for wanting a tummy tuck but I'm self conscious about the wrinkly skin that is very noticeable when I'm bent even just a little bit. I've started excersise and I've built a good amount of muscle but nothing seems to get rid of the wrinkly skin and the fat in my hip area. I'm hoping the tummy tuck gives me the results that I want which is a tighter stomach. I also have a good amount of stretch marks below my belly button and a deformed belt button. My mommy makeover is scheduled for September 19th and I'm scared but also excited.

I'm nervous and thinking that maybe I shouldn't have done this. I think the whole part about being in pain and discomfort is starting to eat at me. I don't want to loose time with my kids and I feel like it's going to be hard on them to see me in pain. I'm going to go through with it because I know that once the fear is gone I really do want this for myself. I'm posting some before pictures. I'm 5'7 and about 126-130 pounds. I work out as is evident when I flex my abs but no matter how many ab workouts and cardio and carb fasting I'm not able to get rid of the love handles. My belly button is deformed and the loose skin makes me self conscious.
