How many weeks?

So I'm still numb on my stomach area but overall I'm feeling okay. Started back at the gym and everything feels okay. These were taken at night right after I took off the compression garment. I'm still really happy with my doctor and the results

So I'm 4 weeks out right now and I'm loving the results. I still don't have any feeling below my belly button. I wear
the binder all the time except when I'm sleeping. I do think that how much pain you'll be in after the tummy tuck really depends on how you are treated when you're under the knife. I think some doctors are really rough with you when you're under anthestia and that causes you to wake up in more pain. Dr. Messa provided great results and after the tummy tuck I was in little to no pain. I had gone to 5 different plastic surgeons before him and none of them came close to offering me what he gave results. One of the surgeons told me I didn't have a "good anatomy for a tummy tuck ", one surgeon told me that the surgery was for women with serious problems and I should be happy with how I look. Hands down doctor messa won me over with only a 5 min consultation.

You look great! Pls. Ley is know about the recovering special you mentioned that you have 3 kids- are yoy able to go to the bathroom by yourself? Thanks

I was able to go to the bathroom myself. The only problem I had was getting up from laying down

Patient
Officially 10 days out. All I want is to be able to stand up straight and sleep on my side. I think once the swelling goes down the results will look nice but it's super hard to stay positive. I don't like that my belly is completely numb which was to be expected because it's major surgery. I guess I'm just a super inpatient person lol
