I am very satisfied with my results. The dr did an amazing job. I am so happy i chose to do this surgery but most importantly with Dr. Miami. His aura is calming and very reassuring, this helps when you are making a big decision like this. I will be honest and say I was so overwhelmed with reviews I read about him, but I had personally seen results from a family member who had surgery with him. That truly helped me look away from some bad reviews. I am glad I wasn’t discouraged to do the surgery and stuck with my decision. He truly is the best, before surgery I had an updated consultation as it had been a few years from my initial visit with him, that day solidified my decision. Monica was my surgery coordinator and she answered plenty of my questions, she was always kind and responsive. Fast forward to day of surgery everything went smoothly during Dr. Salzhauer and I spoke about all of my expectations, he took his time to ensure all that I asked could be provided if allowed. When doing any surgery sometimes the doctor may not be able to do certain things if your body doesn’t allow for it. Such as minimizing the lengths of my incisions, which was one out of many requests I had. On that one, he did his thing. I am comfortable with the incisions, and can’t wait till they fully heal and lighten up. The Barry, the anesthetist was great and personable, I truly felt calm through out. Then after, let’s just say I was at awe waking up to a cozy blanket filled with warm air underneath. I have had surgery in the past and waking up freezing and shivering is not comfortable at all. Cindy the nurse was there to monitor me, and she was very sweet and professional. The post op cna was kind, educated, and very helpful every moment of our 3 day stay at the Tryp hotel. They have a good one on their hands, thanks Cotara. FYI from the beginning I was already concerned who would care for me. Being that I’m in the medical field, it’s hard to not question who will care for you. Once again expectation met. Yeilin came to bathe me and check on my well-being, she was awesome. Hyping me up about my results definitely made me appreciate her more. It’s hard to see how great you look when you aren’t feeling that great. Follow up visits were good with all the nurses. If I had questions I could text or call the hotline. Chelsea was very kind and patient with my concerns and questions. I had to go a few times for draining, Yeni was welcoming and nice each visit. Let’s just say the staff on his team, are great, lastly to not miss others I interacted with, Tatiana before surgery had the best energy early in the am. That helps when you are about to be sedated. I think her excitement made me start to be excited. Her personality is super cute overall. I think the first post op nurse I met was Ari, and she was nice too, we chatted it up, which makes the interaction comfortable when you go to a dr office. I’m sure my husband wanted us to hurry and shut up :) Anyways, about my body, while clothed I look like before I got pregnant. Petite and fit, that wasn’t the case with clothes removed. But with clothing off now, I am so relieved to see the excess skin removed and feel tightness of my abdomen again. My breast are perky, and the idea of not having to wear a bra again in certain clothing is liberating. Dr. added some fat to my sides of my butt, the roundness truly makes it look even better. If you have surgery and feel great and are not fully healed yet...this is the reflection of the providers excellent work. That in itself speaks volumes. As of now I have no particular complaints. I do have to follow up a few times in the next few months, and will be happy to update. I made this extensive review because people come here to get reassurance and get feedback abut surgeons they possibly will have surgery with. If I can place reviews on yelp about food, I find it even more important to place a review about someone making changes to our bodies. Best wishes.

I actually feel good as of now but of course soon it’ll prob change when everything previously done goes away. I have a caretaker which is great and my husband that has been very helpful. I’ll post pix after I feel a bit Better.

I am so nervous for my surgery! 3 more days and I will be a different person. Physically of course. Surgery is not to change our mental state or full emotional state. I hope this change will make me feel more comfortable in my skin as well as in my clothes, that def will boost my confidence. Even after expecting to have all these boosters, I am scared of the process. I have kids and well this may be selfish to most. I hope after the fact I see the results and the benefits of my decisions. I’m freaking out :) but very excited to get to my surgery and finish! Wishing you all well on your days!
