Miracle worker - there is no one better.

Dr Richland in Newport Beach is super well educated, up to date on new techniques and equipment, young, handsome and very ethical. But he is a miracle worker with the art of plastic surgery.

After losing 100 pounds 25 years ago, having 3 kids, breastfeeding and menopause, I was a mess and starting to have some skin issues. I researched for 6 months went to 20+ in person consults in Beverly Hills and many video consults in Miami, Mexico, Turkey and Dominic Republic. Dr Richland was hands down the best. Im 4 months post op and I’m amazed. He has a super gentle technique, you can see it on his IG videos compared to others docs—- I have ZERO swelling, minimal bruising and virtually no post op pain due to his pain modality protocols. But I picked him because he could do things no one else could do. I think because he was in the best schools and recently,- he knows the most up to date skills and methods, plus he is a natural artist. Even though other doctors said I didn’t have enough fat for a BBl, he got 3 liters! Even though all the other dr said I need a full upper body lift- he said no, he doesn’t like the ugly scar and he uses and is very well trained on Reuvion- which tightens you up after so u don’t need it and he was right! The other dr said I need a full lower body lift and he said no you don’t, I don’t like that big ugly scar and sure enough he did it! They also said I would need a full lollipop lift which is a pretty substantial scar, he said no it wouldn’t be that big and left me with barely a two inch scar hidden under my breast.

I just can’t believe how great he did. His after care is crazy attentive. Personal phone calls, 2 in office visits a week, and always there for any question or concern. I promise you can’t find better. Also a big thank you to Summer! Who is always sweet and thoughtful.
