I just lost 10 pounds that I had gained over the summer. I was feeling gross and upset with myself. But I started to put in work ... I’m able to lift good heavy weights and put in hard cardio. I really want to see how lean I can get . Shooting towards 170. Currently 178

I would do it all over again
As time goes by my selling decreases and I’m just so in love with my body. Cortes is the best !!!

You look great do you mind me asking you how much did this cost I’m looking into gettin a consult to get the same things just scared to be disappointed in a real high price
