My first pregnancy don't do much damage to my body...

My first pregnancy don't do much damage to my body. First baby was small and born 3 1/2 weeks early, but she did leave me with an umbilical hernia. My second pregnancy was a whole different story! At my 6 week ultrasound he measured about 5 day small and the midwife said I must have just miscalculated my dates. By the 20 week ultrasound, he measured 2 1/2 weeks ahead. At 32 weeks, he measured 6 weeks ahead. He was 90th% for weight and my amniotic fluid level was also very high and measured at the 95th%. My midwife told me at that point I was measuring full term and compared me to someone having twins. She said "Good luck! I hope we can keep him in there a little longer." Thankfully he was only 3 weeks premature, but it did major damage to my abdominal muscles and skin! I did physical therapy, got my hernia repaired, and then had a note baby. The last pregnancy was my easiest, but because my abdominals were already separated, they were stretched even further with my 3rd baby. I was left with a diastases from my sternum to my pubic bone that was 3" wide at the center. That combined with my nonexistent breasts (32AA is the closest size, but that didn't fit at all because the cups were so close together) after nursing all 3 babies left me in desperate need of repair.

I'm recovering very well! This week has been so much better than the first week. I even made a trip to Walmart by myself a few days ago.
