I haven't updated in a while so thought I would because it seems there aren't alot of reviews after 6 months. Things are good and I've been working out again with no issue. I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to do some things again like competitive volleyball but I am right back at it! I still swell which I don't know if that will ever change. Right before my period is the worst!!! Swimsuit shopping was interesting trying to find wider banded bottoms to hide my scar but it can be done. I hope for my scar to fade more in time!

I was 31 had 2 beautiful children and needed my body and self-esteem back. I am now 6months PO and so happy that I did this surgery! First week was the worst but knowing it was gonna be better than what I had it made things better! Dr. Eckhardt is amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the minute I met him. He has a great eye and made things look so awesome! I wasnt looking for perfection but he totally nailed it! Time has flown by and I can't wait to see how the scars keep fading out!

Seeing this photo makes me feel better! The process isnt a quick fix your body looks better but your inside healing takes time time time!

How are things going now that it has been a while? I scheduled my surgery with another doctor but now I am not sure I want him now. Your incision looks great and that is one thing that is important to me. Did you get lipo in your flanks or was that even discussed. I am not sure I really need that but the dr i scheduled with said he does that first thing to contour everything together. I don't want more done than I need and I might get a 3rd opinion.
