Office review: no respect for a patient's time!

My wife and I have been patients of Nate Morgan and have been very pleased with our visits. I made an appointment to have a consultation with Lynne in the spa for a consultation. When I arrived, I was told "we are sorry, but we had to cancel your appointment" because Lynne was double booked. Really you make the appointment schedule not I, so I guess it's your bad. Then they tried to tell me they called and left a voice message; I checked my phone log in front of them to show no calls were made or messages left. I will reschedule with a doctor that respects my time.
