Excellent professional - definitely one of my better decisions

Seeing Dr Zafra was definitely one of my better decisions! I had a seborrheic keratosis on my face that I was debating having removal treatment for. I had a consultation with Dr Zafra, and he was such a lovely, professional and engaging person that my confidence in going ahead was immediately very high. The treatment took just minutes (with an advanced laser), and now you'd never know it had been there. It was such a great experience I have returned to have two similar treatments. Not only that, Dr Zafra immediately spotted a black mole on my chest I had previously been concerned about (seeing an NHS consultant some years back). He strongly advised removal to minimise future risks of a melanoma, and again it took just seconds. Wonderful experience from start to finish, with a dedicated, relaxed and friendly professional.
