The treatment and care I received was exceptional

Mr Patel explained everything in relation to my treatment in simple and easy to understand language and even showed us a video of the procedure so we knew what to expect. He always showed empathy to how I was feeling and I never felt like just a “number”. The treatment and care I received both pre and post my surgery was exceptional and he helped me get through a very difficult time as the bottom fell out of my world when I had my cancer diagnosis.
