Consultation review: Never Get Back to Me

I had a consultation in May about the mole removal on my face. I went to their upper east side office. They said they would get back to me about the treatment, but that never happens. The staff there were nice. The office was clean. However, it will be great if they have enough knowledge or could follow up properly.
