Let me start with Dr Tepper is a celebrity doc - check him out ...
He stitched (he might not like this choice of word) my head after a Mohs surgery. It is super minor task in the portfolio of the things he does. Still he treated it like the most important case of the day. Needless to say he is grounded. Two days later we run into some complications and he took great care of me. His assistant Genevieve is awesome in her own right. Her work is a master class on how to effectively connect Doctor and patient. We shared pics and text messages during my complications, so I was able to get doctors help and support within minutes. Long story short Dr Tepper and his team "rock".
