i had Explant yesterday and all went well. Used moderate sedation in office and don't remember anything. Slept most of the day. No real pain just soreness at incisions and is my chest muscles flex. Bruising on the right side and is is more sore. My breast look good though, pretty much like before. Don't regret it at all!!!

I feel great and even feel like I breath better. Incisions are sore but other than that I am fine. Get the stitches out in a week and I know it will be better. They say they "fluff" up over a few months too. Look just about exactly the way they did, no extra skin or anything and I only explanted, no lift.

Do you have to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks, day and night? My doctor said I needed to do this as the implants were on top of the muscle and the skin needed to adhere again? My explant was 3 weeks ago and it has not been that painful, mostly aches and is annoying. Especially since I was told not to push, pull, lift, or swing my arms while healing for 6 weeks.
