I will update my overall review once results are more final. Right now excited, nervous, and hopeful! I am 34 years old, 5'7", 154lbs, with no kids. Over 10 years ago I lost 70 pounds and have kept it off. Despite healthy diet and exercise I am left with a pronounced stomach roll and deflated breasts. My dream is to feel confident tucking a shirt into pants.

When is your surgery and with who?

I had my surgery Feb 10 - I'm almost 2 months post-up now! I'm planning to link my review up with my surgeon after everything is final - I want to feel like I can be really honest during this time when I don't know my final results. If anyone is looking at surgeons in Minnesota I'm happy to talk more in PM!

Background
I am normally a very private person, but I have found the stories and pictures on RealSelf so invaluable as I've been going through my own journey. I hope sharing my experience can help someone else as all you wonderful women have helped me!
I was overweight as a teenager and developed very rapidly, leaving me with stretch marks pretty much everywhere. After college, I decided to finally try to do something about my weight and my health. I joined Weight Watchers, and over the course of about 9 months completely transformed the way I ate, and lost 75 pounds. I've mostly kept it off in the almost 12 years since then. I'm a little heavier now than my lightest, and 10 pounds over where I'd like to be, but I am very active and fit (this last year I ran 3 days a week, lifted heavy weights 3 days a week, and participated in an active sport 4-5 days a week).
I have kept up the good diet and exercise habits, but knew no matter how hard I worked or what I did, I would never get rid of the extra stomach roll. I'm proud of my health but that stomach roll has dictated every article of clothing I've bought in the last 10+ years and how I carry myself every moment. It's just been a fact of life, always there at the back of my brain, always something I'm trying to project confidence to overcome.
Last spring my boyfriend and I started talking about plastic surgery in a general way - was there anything we'd ever have done, if money were no object? No question - I would get rid of the stomach roll. My dream is to be able to feel good tucking a shirt into a pair of pants.
Long story short(er), I spent the last many months researching and interviewing doctors, and settled on a tummy tuck (with flank lipo - standard part of a TT with every surgeon I talked to), plus a breast lift (no implants) with a small amount of fat transfer for shaping, plus inner thigh lipo. I haven't had any kids and plan not to. I'm a 36D but the weight gain and loss has left my breasts saggy and deflated-looking. I know I only have one shot at this -- can't afford the cost or time off again -- so decided to go all in!
