29F - Under Eye Hollows - Restylane - So Happy with Results! - Boston, MA

My under eye hollows had made me very self conscious ever since I was a teenager but the idea of getting anything injected into my face terrified me. After doing a lot of research and talking to many different surgeons and dermatologists I decided to move forward with Dr. Kapadia. Still, I felt very nervous the day of the procedure. To my surprise, the procedure was painless. Dr. Kapadia is not only a very skilled doctor but also very easy to talk to which is something that I really appreciate. I expected to have some serious bruising since I bruise very easily but this was not the case at all. I had zero bruising even though I took 600 mg of Ibuprofen the night before and have extremely fair skin. I did have a lot of swelling for the first 3 days but this slowly went down. I went back to work a week after my procedure and the swelling was not noticeable by then. It has been 2 months since my procedure and I am so happy with the results! I need to clarify that the price was for 2 restylane syringes: one for the under eye area and the second one for the midface area which had some volume loss. I used to look incredibly tired every day regardless of how much I slept. Now, my face looks refreshed every day! I will definitely go back to Dr. Kapadia when I need to redo the procedure.
