I came across Embrace after searching for scar treatments for my Tummy Tuck incision and thought I'd give it a try. All the clinical before and afters looked great, so I hope I can get amazing results. I started my first treatment at 5 weeks post op after my tape was removed and had it on for 9 days. Rested 24 hours then put on my second treatment. I currently have had my second round on for 7 days and I'm trying to make this treatment last for 10 days. They seem to stick pretty good and I don't have problems with them while I shower. They do start to peel on the edges a bit around day 7, but overall they are still effective. Will update with round 2 after pics in a few days.

Thank you for posting the pictures.  You can really see the difference.  How many more treatments will you do, and what is the cost per treatment?

Hi I'm her boyfriend and I'm the one that discovered and bought the Embrace so I can probably answer the cost questions better. We got her 6 boxes worth of the large embrace strips. 3 strips per box at approximately 6.5 inches long. It was for a 2 month supply (that's what they recommend). Since she has to use 3 strips per treatment (1 box) she has to shoot for 10 days each treatment to get the 2 months of treatment they recommend. They say they will stick for 7-10 days which they do no problem. The cost for the 2 month supply (6 pack of boxes) was $450. So we got them for about $75 a treatment. They were running a promotion at the time so but the normal cost is about $600 or $100 per treatment.

I would apply Plato's Scar Serum and also use pulsed dye laser on the scars

I used Embrace and it didnt work for me at all. I had a tummy tuck and breat lift and used Scargard.

Do you put the new ones on yourself or do you go to the doctor to do it?  I love your review, I hope you post some updates to let us know how things have been going for you.

My scar is still very thin and is becoming very light. I am having some trouble with my middle application. It keeps unsticking at the bottom and becomes loose with a lot of bubbles underneath. I think it's due to my scar being raised due to swelling and hard from scar tissue. Also, summer is near and I can't submerge the scar treatment strips, so I will be limited to pool time (only in between treatments). Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with my results so far.

I am trying to decide if I should use Embrace. I’m using Biocorneum now and my scars are fine. I know early on is when treatments help the most. I still hav swelling above my scar though. Also, the lower half is at my pubic hair. You mentioned it didn’t stick as well in that area. I’m already 5 weeks P.O.

I used Embrace for 6 months and I absolutely love how easy it was and the results were phenomenal. I would tell you to just try it and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Oye! I think the 60 day trial is $350 on sale. I was under the impression that was their recommendation. Were you using it on a tummy tuck scar?

omg! Ignore the last question. Hate that I can’t edit. So you used it for a full six months?

Yes. Then I started using silicone strips I found at Walmart for another 6 months. After a year, I started using ScarAway Gel...still use every now and then.

I Have found that using tegaderm over the scar sheets makes them more waterproof and helps them adhere better!

It looks great! I'm currently on my 3rd 10 day treatment. I still have 3 more to go. I hope my results are as good as yours! This is really encouraging to see.

How is your BB scar and what did you use for that? I noticed at 6 weeks you have it covered up.

I’m going to use Embrace as my surgeon demands it be included with my mm pkg. Now I see why! Your results are impressive!!!
