I was a B cup before having my son and ended up with an A cup after breastfeeding. I decided to have a BA because I really wanted to have fuller breasts.
I ended up choosing Mentor, smooth high profile implants, 425cc in my left breast and 450cc in my right breast. My implant is under the muscle and my incision is through my armpit. I had a bit of a hard time choosing my size because I didn't want to end up too big. After meeting with my surgeon and trying on sizers twice I finally made a decision.

Welcome to the community and thanks so much for starting your review.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

Our community members especially love seeing photos from before, during, and after — a realistic look at what they can expect. Photos grab the attention of the community and encourage more support for you.

As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

If you don't mind, what are your measurements? Height and also bust-waist-hip ratio? I'm 5'10 and having a hard time deciding on size and projection, based on a similar ratio. You look great! Thank you for your posts, it helps those of us trying to decide.

Thank you! I'm 5'10" tall, 150lbs. I'm not totally sure of my measurements but I'd say around my bust was around 34 my waist is a 28 and my hips are about a 39. I hope that helps.

I'm three days post op and things are going well. The first couple of days were uncomfortable and my drains had to stay in an extra day but things are looking up. I feel a lot of pressure but the pain has subsided.

Hi there! Glad to hear your pain has subsided. Can't wait for more pics from you. I was going to book a consult with Dr. Lista but he's a bit far from me. I will be interviewing 2 PS in Toronto next week....

I live in Kitchener and stayed in a hotel the night after my surgery. I have to say that I think it was worth the drive. Good luck with your interviews! :)

Hi! I'm booked with Dr. litsa in December. I picked him because his results are some of the best I've seen. I'm fine with waiting a bit at appointments or driving an hour for me to see him. I really like him and his pics, scars and expertise are fantastic.. Good luck!

My breasts are still really swollen and hard. There is a lot of pressure but the pain is still manageable. I save my oxy's for night time so that I can sleep. Sleeping on my back is not at all comfortable for me so I sleep propped up with pillows.
I hope I'm able to go back to work Monday! Yesterday I managed to shower and wash my hair without too much discomfort so that's a good sign.

Hi. I hope the pain goes away soon!!
I just called Dr. Lista's office to book a consult. Their office seems very busy, they will call me back. So he will be the 4th PS I will see....fingers crossed, they can squeeze me in for a December surgery date.

Looking great! I had Dr Lista too as my PS. As you, with the pillows propping me up for a week and the swollen for a while. I can say now I feel mostly comfortable (I'm 4 weeks post op) and feeling normal. I didn't feel fully functional for work until day 10 post op-but I think I was ok to go back at day 7 post op. Good luck on your recovery, and congratulations!
