36B Ish to 450 Cc Transaxillary. Mississauga, ON

450 cc I was debating on trying to make them exact 415 and 450 but I had boob nightmares over it bc my breast don't seem to be that different in size. So Dr Lista and I will discuss it again on BA day but I remember his advice was 450 in both so that's what I am going to do. I wish I had them already

It will go quickly and you will be done and on the other side before you know it. :) This is just the waiting part which is so hard!! Do you have everything ready?

I am 5'5 133 lbs and I'm like a barley B ! My BDW is 12.5 I'm going w gel implants under the muscle I loved the way the sizer below 450 looked so I went up one size because under the muscle you loose a little. So hopefully I've got a D cup after. I don't really care about the cup size, I really just want my chest to match my hips and not look like a woman on the bottom and a boy up top.

I was allowed to wear a bra at 1 month.. I wore a genie bra during weeks 4-6 as it was just more comfortable. You will have to wear the "band" for two weeks all day and night then just at night while you sleep for a month.. I wore a tank for coverage, hopefully you will have AC at work and you can cover up nipples with scarves or a jacket/sweater.. I was able to lift my arms by day 3 when I showered and washed my hair, Im sure I could have but was scared to try! How much time do you have off after surgery?

I wore a tank/cami under my tops.. you'll definitely want short sleeve (not sleeveless so none sees the scars) nothing too low as the band is over the top of your boobs.. theres lots of cute tops out there with gathered fabrics, ruffle or layers.. you could go buy a genie bra (cheap at walmart) but just take the inserts out and place them in your tank top to keep your nipples covered, then you can use it after your 1 month. They don't want any bra or sport bra for a month so your implants settle into your pockets.. I wear silicone nipple covers sometimes when I go braless now but not sure if you could wear those so soon, my nipples were swollen and sore after surgery.. check with the post op nurse Lori when you go back the next day, she is awesome.
