I'm feeling good, everyday they seem to be changing. My left nipped is still a little number but my right is back to normal. My incisions are healing nicely, my left is better than my right but it's still early and the nurse said they look amazing. Im supposed to be massaging for 5 mins -10 times a day which I'm finding difficult to find the time. I'm doing what I can.

Just had my 1 week post op appointment. It was quick and the nurse said they looked great. I haven't taken any pain meds in a few days and feel great. I head back to work tomorrow, it's been so nice to lay around and watch TV all day, I haven't done that in years.

How did back to work go? I remember feeling tired for the first couple weeks and the darn strap!! Hope it went well.

Work was OK. I should have brought some Tylenol with me , I will tomorrow for sure. By the end of the day my breast were sore and I couldn't wait to take off that surgeral bra for an hour or two. It's so tight and uncomfortable.

Got my tape off today, first look at the incisions and so far they look good. My right isn't quite in my crease but the nurse said not to worry as the bottoms will fill out more and should hidden. I purchased some silcone incision strips to use begining week 4 for 4 months to reduce the scaring.

Still feeling pretty good. Had a shower today so finally got a good look at them. Still swollen, sore and tight but looking forward to some great results in the near future.

How are you feeling today? Did they take the drains out at your post op?

I'm good, feeling almost 100% back to normal, they just feel engorged. The drains came out with my pain pump the morning after my surgery, didn't feel anything.
