After losing 70lbs from 2015-2017 I finally had a consultation to look in to a breast augmentation.
I was in Toronto for a wedding in June 2017 when I had my consultation with Dr. Lista. During the consultation he advised the max I could go was 400cc due to my BWD being 12. Currently I am a 34 B or maybe A and am really hoping to achieve a DD or DDD.
All my preoperative paperwork is done so now it is just a waiting game! I am super excited and nervous at the same time. Can’t wait to see how they look!!????

Post op - Day 2
Bug8February 13, 2018
Surgery is done and I am currently on day 2 Post op!
Day 1 - Showed up at the clinic at 845. Surgery started around 1030 and went really well, finished in 40 minutes and was discharged by 115. I wasn’t groggy after the surgery and was pretty wide awake. Day 1 went pretty well overall, just sore and no intense pain. I needed help when getting up from any inclined position. The first day I couldn’t nap very much but rested lots and took a couple minutes every hour to walk around a little and drain the drains from my armpit.
Day 2 - I did not get a great sleep on an incline so my back and neck have been extremely sore all day. I laid flat for about 4 hours from 430-830 am and it was painful getting up. I experienced pain today instead of soreness and went to my post op appointment at 1130. I got the pain pump removed which was easy, but the drain removal was the hardest part of the whole experience so far. I almost fainted and it took all my energy away. Came home had a bite to eat, took a nap and am feeling much better now. I am getting better with my mobility and have been able to move more without always getting assistance. My boobs are still quite swollen but they are bigger than I expected and am happy with the result so far! Also no noticeable bruising yet ????
Overall I have had no nausea at all during this experience and have been able to eat as normal both days so far. Other than the drain removal, I have had very manageable pain and have not used the narcotic they gave me.

Thank you for the detail in recovery. I hope mine goes as well . Your results look wonderful mich fuller than the fillers you tried on. What size was your PS able to do ? Your stats are close to mine, but I suppose from my previous bra size and chest size (and pocket) I can go as large as a 575 cc silicone however , I'm not. Lol anyhow. You look great!

Thank you! They definitely turned out fuller than I thought the fillers looked too :) I got mentor 400cc smooth high profile implants, which was the max I could go for my width I guess haha so far I don’t have any boob greed!
Good luck with your surgery!! Which size are you thinking of going?

After day 2 I felt great! A little stiff but no pain at all. The whole process has been a breeze and definitely didn’t need to worry as much as I did haha 500cc would give a great result!
