So Far So Good

So Far So Good

WORTH IT
I did the miradry treatment in a dutch hospital, there was a dermatologist and a skin therapist who had undergone the procedure by themself so that gave me an thrustworty feeling.

The moment they put the needles in to anesthetise was really painful, the second armpit was even worse. They do it in sections at each armpit, at the last section I didn't feel much anymore because the anesthetics started to work. When the Miradry came in, I felt no pain (even no warmth).

When I came home I was swollen and during the day I started getting pain. Not worse but it was uncomfortable, I took some days off on beforehand so I allowed myself to cool for three days straight en it really helped.

It's been one month and I am really satisfied, sometimes I use normal deodorant and sometimes I don't use anything! When I don't use deodorant I have a bit of a odor but there is just so little sweat. I can wear the clothes that I want! I have still some lumps in my armpits and since a few days the numbness is fully gone, this just took a couple of weeks to get my sensation back.

I am still careful in my excitement and I am waiting a few months before I buy a completely new wardrobe with new (colourful!) clothes, since I have heard that during the months pass by the sweating can come back a little. I will come back with an update!
