Beginning to 8 Months Post-Op
After 1 month of the surgery, people noticed right away I got it done. My eyes were still swollen and the crease was really high. After 2 months post up. It was still high. But after eyeliner and mascara, it looked really good. 3-4 months, the swell came down. This was my most desirable height and crease. At 5-6 months, The swell was gone and my crease dropped. There are moments where I wished I had the same height crease as I did in month 3-4. But mine looks pretty natural now. I'm so happy I got it done.

Dr. David Thao has a keen eye for beauty! He knew what I wanted and was very confident in what he was doing. His assurance of my outcome was a lot better than the consult I had with a prior doctor. After the consult, I was able to schedule my appt in right away within the next two weeks since my procedure didn't require an outpatient stay. During the procedure, Dr. Thao and his assistant talked to me throughout. Time went by such a breeze that it was already over before I realized it. I experienced no pain whatsoever. Even the anesthesia wasn't painful. I experienced very little bruising and the swelling went down after a week. When I went back to remove my stitches, I was very pleased with my eyes. Dr. Thao was very pleasant as well as his staff. They showed professionalism, but was also informal enough to give me their experiences & advices in regards to a good recovery.
