I have been overweight for many years. Lost weight, gained it back etc. At my thinnest, I still had a huge belly/loose skin. My boobs were DDD, and sagging. I have
Had 1 child. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction with a lift. Dr Gervais was the surgeon I chose. He did a great job. He was very professional, and made me feel comfortable in a horribly uncomfortable situation(you know, the standing there naked in front of someone ). I felt all the staff at his office were very courteous and professional. I went in for the surgery, and the next thing I knew my hubby was asking if I could walk with him to the hotel room. I have had very little pain, even day of surgery. I have only been using the muscle relaxers, not the narcotics. I was lucky enough to have no bowel issues, which I was concerned about from other peoples reviews. Now I'm in the waiting and healing phase. I would defiantly do it all over again.

Ok, so things are going good. Friday was able to get second drain out.not sleeping the greatest. Having alot of gas issues, and back pain. Looking for the ok to get up and be active again. Then I had my period, exactly what I needed. Great fun with the binder on. I had a huge hormonal melt down, crying even, wow. Family trying to keep my spirits up with their goofiness. Still can't believe the actual incisions don't hurt at all. Feeling very bride of Frankenstein, when will my boob s start to look like boob s again?. Now I guess i just have to survive this binder, then things will seem better.so glad I took off 6 weeks, no way I'd be able to do my job by next week. Ive watched so freaking many movies in the last week, ugh! I can't do photos, but they took 11lbs of fat off my boobs and belly, which doesn't sound like alot, but truly is. I had these ridiculous DDD boob s plus 2 large belly rolls. So looking forward to the future, and seeing how nice it is to have them all shrunk\gone. Oh, and tingly boob s, what the? Assuming it is nerves regrowing.
Thanks for sharing your journey with this community. I'm happy to hear your surgery went well, and that your post-op recovery has been relatively comfortable. I hope you will continue to update your review. If you feel comfortable, it would be great to see some photos.
