Dr. Tholen and his staff superseded my expectations. They thoroughly answered my "lists" of questions every time I went there, whether it was for my initial consultation, procedure, or my follow-up visits. They were all very professional, sympathetic to my needs and desires, and knowledgeable. You could tell by their facility, staff, and level of professionalism that they were all passionate about what they do for other people.
I searched for years for an outstanding plastic surgeon who I felt I could trust to alter my body, and after my consultation with Dr. Tholen, I felt I had finally found that surgeon, and so I ended up scheduling my surgery date that day!
The surgery went smooth and the staff took great care of me. I trusted all of Dr. Tholen's suggestions and advice on sizing, placement, etc., and the results could not have come out any better. I am extremely pleased with my end results!
