I had a breast augmentation revision swapping out...
I had a breast augmentation revision swapping out 375cc saline for 485cc silicone and lipo on my flanks and thighs. Even with diet and exercise including running 4 days per week and weight training, the fat on my flanks and outer thighs were not going away.
I do not have pre op pictures, but today is day 5 post op and I was finally able to take off the compression garment to shower and launder the garment before putting it back on. The first three days I was very sore and stiff but every day gets better. The worst part of the recovery process for me had been the compression. It is so tight it is difficult to eat or sleep comfortably. It felt so amazing to take it off to get a little bit of relief.
After only 5 days, I'm really happy with the results so far. My waist is much more defined already, even with the fluid retention. I have very little bruising on my flanks but it is pretty significant on my thighs.
I am extremely pleased with the BA. They are much more natural feeling than the saline and the rippling is gone.
Dr. Doug Gervais was amazing and made me feel like I was in good hands. He is the only surgeon I would let work on me, very patient, inderstanding and took the time necessary to answer my questions.
