Hello to all! First, My stats, I'm 26, 135 pounds lean, and stand 5'9, no children. This site has helped me every step of the process, from deciding which surgeon to choose too any questions or concerns I had/have. My motive for this operation is pretty typical and I will admit I had beautiful breasts to start with, I just craved a more balanced/hourglass look to my body which I feel I have achieved with these implants. Day of the operation, this was the first time I went under anesthesia. All I remember when I laid down for the operation was putting my arm out for the anesthesia. It only seemed like minutes later I was waking up. I was surprised at how quick it felt and at how I felt right after. I had absolutely no pain. Week one, the first day my breasts were very tight. I slept most of the day. The remainder of the week I noticed my nipples felt super sensitive. I was told that my breasts could heal differently due to being two separate surgical sites. This seemed to be true for me, my left breast during the first week had air pockets that I could feel when I would shift positions, while my right breast seemed to remain in position. Initially, I was a bit worried that I made the wrong decision by doing this, however, here it is week three and those feelings had subsided. I'm very happy with how they look. Week two, I went to my first post op. I expressed my concerns with my breasts healing a bit differently. The staff reassured and reminded me that they are two separate sites, but the end result would be the same. Everyday they feel a bit softer and look more natural. The most challenging thing for me is being inactive and allowing them time to heal. Even by the end of week two and now going into week three my nipples remain super sensitive. My next pre op. Is on the 27th of March hopefully by then I can get the green light to Resume working out.

Snap a few quick photos at day 18 post op.
At day 18 my breasts are looking more natural. They feel softer, however, they are still pretty sensitive. I plan to go to the gym today for the first time and do some light lower body stuff. At this point my breasts still don't really feel like my own. Meaning they still don't feel like a part of my body, rather than two separate objects sitting on top of my cheast. I have heard most women feel that their breasts really become apart of them at 3 months so we will see. I do love the look I have, I feel proportional, however, i am a bit concerned about how much this operation is going to affect my habits. Meaning the use of my cheast muscles. I wonder if I will have to Consciously be aware of my implants all the time. From waking up in the morning and doing that morning stretch to opening a tight mason jar, and of course, the use of a gym. With all that being said I still do like them.

You look great and the size is perfect for you! They look like they have already dropped into place and you can hardly see the incisions. Are they round implants or anotimical?

Thank you! I have round cohesive gel implants. With a moderate profile. Originally I was set on the anatomical implants but my surgeon explained to me that the rounds actually have a more natural look because when I go to laydown they flatten where is the anatomical's will remain the same shape therefore giving them more artificial look. Just something to consider

I also have round but since I did a lip lift review showing full face, I didn't do a review on my breast augmentation. I didn't go real big either and I ave a fit body frame similar to yours. I think the key to them looking natural is not going too big and keeping with your natural anatomy. Also, I think those with smaller implants, the implant drops into place way faster, avoiding that weird square looking boob that sits near the collar bone. I think you will be very happy when they are fully healed!!

I think I'll be happy with them too, I have to admit I was unsure of my decision the first couple of weeks. I'm almost a month post op. now and I'm starting to really like them. This was kind of a risky decision for me due to starting out I was pretty happy with my breasts. The reasons I decided to do this was because I wanted to feel more womanly... also, I plan to get into figure and bikini competitions.
