Extreme sagging after Lipo 360

I have done about everything I can in the last 3 years to help/maintain after this procedure, which includes losing a little over 30lbs. (30-37lbs)
I had another baby 6months ago as well.

What happened to your pic's? I was following very closely, are you not happy?
It's bad, I'm so depressed that I wasted so much money... but mostly I feel stupid. I was not a candidate for this surgery. I wish I never did it, I paid to look the same only everything "hangs".

If it makes you feel better. I have what looks to be residual fat on my lower abdomen. I too have had 2 kids via c section and was told by Drs that a tummy tuck would be my best solution but I don't want any of the scarring. It has been 4 months now and I have upped the ante in my diet and exercise in hopes that the lower shelf will disappear. Hope you are still seeing some improvements.
No, no improvement. I am fully healed and I just have a large amount of sagging skin.
Why do you think you was not a good candidate ? Did you manage to fix the sagging with skin tight procedure ? Are you still unhappy with your results ?
Well I was told that I would have a flat stomach and I have nothing but sagging skin, so there's no way I was a candidate for this procedure. I have not been able to fix it, I will need a tummy tuck. I am extremely unhappy... I cry every single day.
Did he do the smart lipo as well to tighten the skin?
I am so sorry for you. I can totaly relate to what you are feeling. Is the sagging is due to the fact that most of your fat was in the stomach ? Is it because of your skin elasticity ? Tummytuck is hard but it has beautiful results if done by good surgeon. Its frustrating i know. I know the feeling really well. Maybethe best thing is to do the TT asap so you will reduce the everyday frustration. Or maybe you should gain weight and do second bbl by someone better ? And than do a TT so you wont feel you have done TT for nothing ? I hold my fingers for you.

Do not do it. He will take your money and when you aren't happy he won't answer your emails anymore. Very unprofessional.
You are so true!! I went to him a year ago!! He is the worst! That's because he's not a PLASTIC SURGEON!! So he doesn't know what the hell he is doing!! He just takes innocent women money who are hoping to better themselves! He took money from me and did not even do the procedure I paid for!! I had to pay a year later and go to Plastic Surgeon. He office staff is horrible horrible also!!
