Super worth it!!! I had a lip lift, cheek implants, chin narrowing, upper bleph, brow lift, and forehead recontouring. Following the lip lift, I had a smile correction at the mouth corners since a lip lift will tend to cause an upside down mouth. My genetic starting place was within an average male face - not neanderthal but not feminine and slight either. Stealth passing is pretty much the holy grail and only the luckiest have enough of a feminine head start to be able to enjoy 100% true stealth. That being said, I am beyond any doubt, accepted as female, always get gendered as female by strangers, and get treated as female in regards to social expectation and sports leagues.

The most powerful of the feminizing procedures is the brow bone shaving which brought my forehead within female specifications. Eyes that are now open and expressive are invaluable. I approached my surgeries in parts but that was something I should have done differently. I wish the lower part of my face was narrower and would advise asking the limit on that modification as you consider your needed procedures. Cheek implants are also very powerful.
