I believe it's day 22 post procedure and thought...

I believe it's day 22 post procedure and thought I'd update. Well, unfortunately, it's hard for me to say. From December through February, I could not lose one pound. I used to be able to drop 5 pounds in a week just from running each day and not eating much after 5 pm and limiting calories, but NONE of those things were working. So, after 2.5 months of busting my butt, I decided to try the Low Carb, High lean protein and vegetable diet (more like the Atkins Induction phase), and within one week I had lost 5 pounds (via the scale) and one inch around my abdominal area (with tape measure). I doubt highly the abdominal loss was due to the procedure and more likely due to do low carb diet, but I can't be sure. I'm 48, in perimenopausal state, just got hypothyroid in line and the weight simply was not coming off anymore. So, that's my story for now. By this weekend, I will be able to add back in nuts, whole grains and fruit to my diet, as that is phase 2. If I stop losing pounds and my abdominal area keeps shrinking, then I will know it was the procedure. Until then, my guess is it's the diet. Oh and I started at 5'2, 131.5 pounds and I am now down to 126.5 and my goal weight is 124.

Day 14 - NO change at all

Day 14 - NO change at all

I think it's day 11 post procedure and still there...

I think it's day 11 post procedure and still there is no sensation (pain, itching, swelling or bruising) and no change in abdomen/love handle size. I was down a couple of pounds but gained it back (don't ask me how). Anyway, I'm beginning to think I spent $2900.00 for nothing. I realize it can take a month or two or whatever, but I'm gettin very frustrated because I don't even have the pain or itching to indicate cells are dying. I will report back
