I am a 39 year old mother of 2 into fitness. I am a certified group and cycling trainer. Love seeing people get healthy and fit. Wanting to explore new levels of fitness like competition. So I am Having a breast lift with implants to fill out my chest and even out my body.Dr Tholen is amazing. I have a few friends that have went to him and their results were fantastic. Can't wait. I have a little over 2 weeks until my surgery. Getting super excited.

1st of all let me start by saying how wonderful Dr Tholen is he's an amazing dr. I have very little swelling hardly any pain more sore than anything. He ended up going with 270 ccs instead the 390 that I sized with because that would have stretched too much and could have caused complications I think they look good. Please excuse the little bit of leakage

Not bad at all more sore than anything. Have only had 2 Vicodin since surgery on thurs and that was mostly to sleep. Thanks
