I am a 39 year old mother of 2 who is into fitness looking to even out my body. I have a few friends that went to dr Tholen and had great success. So I went for a consult and was hooked. He is awesome. I am 3 weeks post op healing is going well and I think my breasts look amazing was well worth it. Even giving up working out for a few weeks. How long was it before you were able to get back to things like pushups? My surgery is March 20th...BL/BA and my PS is saying 6 weeks before doing any upper body weight exercises or lifting more than 10lbs. I'm a kickboxing instructor, so I'm having to take at least 4 weeks off. I may be able to get away with coming back after 4 if I don't demonstrate things like pushups, mtn climbers, planks and burpees and just tapping the bag instead of belting it with strikes. Your photos look great and I hope everything has been healing up well!

Starting to feel better day by day only 2 muscle relaxers today. Have been taking it easy letting my body heal.
