Breast Lift with Implants - Minneapolis, MN

I am currently only a week out from surgery, I have my second followup appointment tomorrow. The entire staff was great with my pre-op appointments and communication, and surgery day was great as well but they have really dropped the ball since then. Tomorrow is my one week after surgery appointment and not one person from the clinic has called to check on me. I got a call this morning and thought for a second maybe they realized I had slipped through the cracks or something, but no it was the receptionist calling to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. I was told someone would call me, that I would have the doctor's home number if there was an emergency, and got nothing. During my checkup the day after surgery I was even having kind of a rough time and passed out twice. They seemed rushed to get me out and then STILL didn't call to check on me later. I'm lucky I have a wonderful boyfriend to help me because I'm four hours away from home having this procedure done.
I am going to mention my disappointment with them regarding all of this tomorrow and will update my review with how it goes. I was so completely impressed with everyone I came into contact with at the clinic until post-op. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

Feeling much, much better about everything. Follow-up appointment went great, I think the lack of a check up phone call to me was an honest oversight. They spent a lot of time with me going over post care stuff for the next couple of weeks and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied and comfortable with my decision that I had my procedure done there.

I am so happy I did this and so confident in Dr. Tholen!!! This picture is from Day 10 after surgery. I'm doing really well, still a bit uncomfortable but completely tolerable. I still have to take a muscle relaxer and/or pain pill, but mostly at night.
