It's been a year and 2 mo since my surgery. Still the best decision I've ever made and money best spent!!! I feel great, I look great naked, my husband loves them and even more loves the confidence the bring me. Last summer it seemed difficult to find seimsuits that worked well for me but I've had a much easier time this year! What's helpful is target carries DD swim tops now! I do have some numbness in my left nipple which in afraid is here to stay #worthit!!!!! My only problem now is keeping baby fever away!!!! I have 4 kids, I don't want 5....or do I?!?!? ;)

Before and after pics!!!
I got my before and after pics from my surgeons office. For some reason I never took before pictures so this was a shocking reminder of what things once were!!! I'm so thrilled!!!! I breastfed my 4 kids from 2 mo to 15 mo and pumped for more hours than I can count!!! I barely filled out a 34 A. I received 650 cc silicone implants, under the muscle this last Jan. I proudly wear a 34DD very nicely:)

9 mos post!!!
I'm so happy with my procedure!! I'm so glad it's done and they look lovely! My only "issue" is I feel like the spread way to far apart when I'm laying down. And kind into my arm pit. I've never had big boobs so this could just be what it is but I'm anxious to go to my apt next week and see! Other than that I thought I'd update some pictures! Don't mind my dirty mirror, I've got a bunch of kids!!

I've just found your journey and I have to say your results are amazing. I think the size is perfect for you. It just goes to show how implant sizes can look so different on other people. I'm due to have my ba in 23 days and I'm thinking again maybe I should go a bit bigger.

Thank you!!!!!!! Honestly, I would never want smaller! I had some trouble finding a good swim suit top this summer but that my issue could've been more myself thinking holy crap these are huge, I'm at the beach with my 4 small kids and most likely look like a prostitute...but I didn't at all it was just very different:) other than that I find that they look perfect!! And I'm very hippy. My waist is 26 in an my hips are 41 in so to finally have a chest that matches the rest of me is nice. Have good wish pics and know they look u want and hopefully it Surgeon is as good at his job as mine and he/she can help u decide on ur final CC!!! Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey hun.. I too have that minor issue where my left boob falls to the side when I lay down..I was wondering if this is how natural larger boobs act bc me too have always been flat chested...I doubt though that natural boobs stand at attention pointy and rigid...I often wear a bra so it not bother me

I had my apt today and my surgeon said its nothing to worry about! He said women with naturally large breasts have a large gap when they lay down. He actually said his wife is naturally large and her chest looks almost flat when she lays down. I feel much better. I really was concerned that I'd need an internal bra. I'll post a pic later of what my chest looks like laying down!
